GN 4sests 1000gpm mud system for CPP, was dispatched in April, 2015. The mud recovery system is four stage mud separation mud system with mud desander, mud desilter & centrifuge. Our engineer went to CPP jobsite in North part of China to give commissioning service. And he followed below procedures:

1) Give list of tools required during commissioning before he came to the jobsite. Let client prepare the tools list first to save time.
2) After tools prepared, our engineer go to jobsite 1-2 days before starting commissioning. To discuss with CPP workers at jobsite and make plan for everyday. The total commissioning period will last about 5 days.
3) First day, to arrange mud tank layout at jobsite. Find proper position for mud tank, which have good distance from HDD drilling rig. Make balance of the ground, and then put the mud tank to the correct position.
After mud tank finish, mount the framework with desander & desilter directly upside on the mud tank; mount the centrifuge framework directly upside on the mud tank. This framework is designed for fast assembly and disassembly. Total cost will be higher, but operation cost will be lower and much time-saving.
4) Second day, to connect the cables from power source to mud system, try to test the desander, desilter, centrifuge, centrifuge feed pump and centrifugal pumps.
5) Third day, to do answer questions/ give solutions for all the issues faced in the commissioning.
6) Fourth day, after everything makes sure no problem, start to test the mud system with drilling mud.
7) Fifth day & sixth day, our engineer will stay at jobsite to check the mud system during working. After make sure everything is working normally, our engineer will show commissioning service feedback letter to jobsite supervisor and let him sign and give comments for our service.
