DESCRIPTION

GN modular drilling waste management units are small packages of different function for drilling waste management. The modular waste management equipment include drilling cuttings transfer unit, high G dryer shaker unit, waste mud transfer unit, packaged skid mounted vertical cuttings dryer, and decanter centrifuge with telescopic skid, and drilling waste container.

Features and Benefits Of GN Modular Drilling Waste Management Unit

1)Flexibility: Depends on different applications, operators select the components and bring only the needed waste management unit for different jobs. Also as the modular unit is small and compact, operators can have the best flexibility to layout the components in the jobsite.

Part 1,Drilling Waste Transfer Unit  

Drilling waste transfer unit is composed of a conical drill waste receiving hopper and a drill waste transfer pump and electric control system. The unit can receive the drilling waste picked up by screw conveyer from the solid control equipment of the rig. The drill cuttings transfer pump is driven by electric motor to create vacuum to suck drilling waste from the hopper bottom outlet and feed to high G drying shaker or vertical cuttings dryer. The pump is self-suction pump, and specially used for conveying high - viscosity, high - solid content medium. More over the advantage of pump also include no seal structure, and high output pressure.

Part 2, High G Drying Shaker Unit: GNZS594HGE-LDM

The high G drying shaker unit include a GNZS594HGE-LD drying shaker and a catch tank. It can handle the drilling cuttings or waste discharged from the primary solids control equipment of the rig. The discharged cuttings from the High G drying shaker is relatively dry for further treatment or transport. The drilling catch tank below the shaker is conical design, which is easy for cleaning and not easy to accumulate sand. It receives the mud after treatment by the drying shaker, and the outlet on the catch tank can be connected with the feeding pump of the decanter centrifuge.

Part 3, Mud Intermediary Transfer Unit : GNZZ30A-04

The mud intermediary transfer unit includes a drum tank, submersible slurry pump, agitator and the electric control system. It is used for picking up the drilling mud discharged from vertical cuttings dryer or decanter centrifuge. The pump can transfer the mud to active mud system or treatment equipment like decanter centrifuge. The agitator can maintain the mud by agitation and mixing.

Part 4, Vertical Cuttings Dryer Telescopic Skid :GNCD930D-ZJ

GN vertical cuttings dryer telescopic skid is a platform for the operation of cuttings dryers. The platform can lower down while transportation and lift up while operation. The height of the total unit without removing the dryer is within the limit of the road transportation. The cantilever crane on the platform is optional for client requirement, and it can lower down for transportation. The flushing pump and VFD control panel is available for option to sit on the bottom skid of the unit. This  cuttings dryer modular unit is very classical design for drilling waste managment applications.

Part 5, Decanter Centrifuge Telescopic Skid: GNLW363C-ZJ

GN decanter centrifuge telescopic skid is a platform for the operation of decanter centrifuge. The platform can lower down while transportation and lift up while operation. The height of the total unit without removing the centrifuge is within the limit of the road transportation. The feeding pump and VFD control panel is optional as required by clients. The flushing pump and VFD control panel is available for option to sit on the bottom skid of the unit.This design suits for most of the drilling waste management applications.

Part 6, Waste Collection Container: GNYXH-030

GN drilling waste collection container is for storage and transfer hazardous waste. The container is completed sealed to avoid spill during transportation. And the cover is designed with an easy lock and unlock system for fast opening and closing. It is the ideal container to meet the HSE regulations for hazardous waste movement.
