Last month we shipped a GNZJ63-3 Mud Cleaner for petroleum drilling solids control to Indonesia.

Main features of GNZJ63-3 Mud Cleaner:

1 With a 240m3/h flow rate, it is composed of 2x 12” desander cone and 12x 4”desilter cone.

2 We use 200 mesh Brandt Cobra shale shaker screen, it is Quick Release Hammer which is used wedges to fix the screen. The total screen area is 2.4m2(25.8 ft2), 3pcs Rigid Frame PT Panel fine screens.

3 Vibration motor：2x1.5kw Italy Oli vibration motor

4 High “G” force: ≤7.0G

Mud cleaner is the combination of desander and desilter, it has all advantages of desander and desilter, and its underflow shaker is much larger than desander or desilter, large shaker has better performance than small shaker.
